Our Properties
6 & 20 Cambridge Gardens London W10 5UB
These two terraced houses were stylishly constructed in the 19th century.
They were subsequently divided into two buildings each with five two bedroomed self-contained flats. Each flat has been extensively modernised to a high standard, while keeping the original external features.
Both buildings have a lower ground and upper ground floor flats which have direct access to the secluded garden.
The common parts are carefully maintained with the help of our housekeeper, who regularly attends to the buildings.
We strive to ensure the comfort, safety and security of our tenants and provide the accommodation which they can call home.
54 Elgin Crescent, London W11 2JJ
This was once an impressive, large terrace house built in the 1860s. It has been converted into five modern, self-contained two bedroomed apartments.
We have maintained exterior and common parts to a high standard, while keeping the original period features. The lower ground flat has access to its own garden, with a gate to a large shared garden, which has a tennis court. This communal garden is one of the hidden gems of Notting Hill.
These gardens have been in existence since the houses were built and provide residents with a wonderful, natural haven, away from the noise and activities of central London. And yet, they are on your doorstep. Not only do they offer a great view for all the occupants, but they also offer adults and children alike a true sense of community.
Each tenant can obtain an electronic key to the entrance gate located round the corner of the building. The common parts are carefully maintained with the help of our housekeeper who attends to the building regularly.
We pride ourselves in ensuring the comfort, safety and security of our tenants and provide accommodation, which they can call home.
